When you make a booking request, you will need to provide credit card details and choose how you would like to pay. Here's how it works.
1. Breakages Deposit (Required for All Bookings)
- We require your credit card details to place a £900 authorisation for the breakages deposit.
- This applies regardless of how you choose to pay for your booking.
- Pre-authorisation is charged the day before arrival and cleared 7 days after departure.
2. Payment Options
Paying by Credit Card
- You can pay the initial deposit and final balance by credit card.
- A 4% surcharge applies to cover processing fees — this is automatically added to your total.
- Your card will be charged automatically on the due dates shown in the payment schedule.

Paying by Bank Transfer (No Surcharge)
- If you prefer to avoid the 4% surcharge, you can pay by bank transfer instead.
- Do not select the credit card payment option during checkout.
- You must still enter your credit card details for the £900 breakages deposit pre-authorisation.
- Once your booking is accepted, you will receive payment instructions to transfer the deposit and final balance manually.

3. Security of Your Card Details
- Your credit card details are securely stored by Stripe.
- We do not charge your card for the booking deposit or final balance if you choose bank transfer.
- The system will only use your card details for the £900 pre-authorisation for the breakages deposit.
